Friendly Reminders:

Remember trash days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Remember to not put your trash out until the morning of trash pick up day. They have to be put on the curbside, not in front of your front door, patio, or in the street. Also, please please remember to TIE your trash bags. It is very windy here, and when the trash bags are left opened the wind blows the trash all over the Community. This is your home and we want it to stay clean, and beautiful for you. Another Friendly Reminder:

We are a pet friendly Community. We love sharing the Community with your precious pets. All we ask is, PLEASE PLEASE pick up your pet's waste. It is very hazardous to not pick it up, not only that your neighbors nor anyone on this Community wants to walk out of their apartment home and see or smell pet waste. We strive to do the best as we possibly can to make your home as comfortable and pleasing as possible. We love making our resident's happy as well as your pet's. We have pet waste stations on our Community that are filled with little baggies and a trash can to put them in. Please use them.
